Estimated Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States.

USA Orders: 7-10 business days (processing + shipping).

International Orders: 10-20 business days, depending on location and customs.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our facility, delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipping.
Custom & Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs fees or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
