Processing Time

  • Orders take 2-5 business days to be created and processed before shipping.


Estimated Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States.

  • USA Orders: 7-10 business days (processing + shipping).

  • International Orders: 10-20 business days, depending on location and customs.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our facility, delays caused by carriers are outside our control.


Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipping.


Custom & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to local customs fees or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Because items are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
