At GREATER+, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since all of our products are made to order, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our production process. Please read carefully before placing an order.


Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size orders

  • Buyer's remorse

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn (other than trying on) to qualify.


We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted


How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at greaterstore25@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
